Track your order with the order number and checkout email. To cancel before shipment, use order cancellation.

Setup

Unbox on a stable counter. Fill the tank with fresh cold water. For espresso models, flush water through the group before the first shot. The printed manual in the box covers first-use steps for each SKU.

Descaling

Descale on the schedule in the manual, typically every 2–3 months depending on water hardness. Use a descaler labeled for espresso or coffee equipment. We do not make health claims about the machines.

Warranty

2-year limited warranty on manufacturer defects for US customers. It does not cover accidental damage, scale damage from skipped maintenance, or wear parts used beyond normal service life. Email support@forgeandpour.store with your order number and photos.
