Order cancellation

Before the order is shipped (status Payment received or Preparing to ship), you may cancel for any reason. You get a full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we confirm. No restocking fee. No cancellation fee. Shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

How to cancel

1. Submit the form on this page.
2. Email support@forgeandpour.store with subject “Cancel order” and your order number.
3. Call +1 (617) 948-8962, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.

We confirm by email from support@forgeandpour.store the same business day if the request arrives before 5:00 PM ET; otherwise the next business day.

After the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled in transit. You may refuse delivery or start a return after delivery under the 30-day return policy. Check status on Track your order.

Partial cancel: unshipped items can still be cancelled; shipped items follow returns. There is no “too late” cancel while status is still Preparing to ship.
