About Forge & Pour

Forge & Pour is an online retailer of home coffee machines, based at 415 Oglethorpe St NW, Washington, DC 20011, United States. We sell one line of five machines under our own name and ship them to customers in the United States.

What we sell

The catalog is exactly the five machines in the shop: two espresso machines, a dual-boiler, a super-automatic, and a pour-over brewer. Every product is sold new, priced in US dollars, and identified by its own SKU on the product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation.

This is not a marketplace. We do not list other companies' goods, and no third party sells through this website.

How the store works

Checkout is guest checkout — no account is required. Payment is taken on a Stripe-hosted page, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Sales tax is calculated at checkout for your US address. We never see or store your full card number.

After payment you receive a Stripe receipt and an order number. You can check status at any time on Track your order using that number and the email you used at checkout.

What we promise

  • Shipping: free standard for united states, delivered in 4–9 days to all 50 states. We do not ship to US territories or outside the United States. Shipping policy.
  • Cancellation: full refund, no fee, for any order that has not yet shipped. Order cancellation.
  • Returns: 30 days from delivery, free return shipping, no restocking fee. Returns & refunds.
  • Warranty: 2-year limited warranty on manufacturer defects for US customers. Support.

These terms are the same on every product page, in the cart, at checkout, in our Google Merchant Center listings, and in our product feed. If you ever find a difference, tell us and we will fix it.

About the product images

The images on this site are computer-generated renders of each model, not photographs of a unit in a studio. Every image file carries an IPTC Digital Source Type label identifying it as generated media. Dimensions, weight, materials, and finish are stated in the specification table on each product page; those specifications, not the renders, are what you should rely on.

What we do not do

  • We do not publish star ratings, testimonials, or reviews of any kind.
  • We do not display trust seals, badges, or certifications we have not earned.
  • We do not claim the machines are manufactured in the United States.
  • We do not run countdown timers, fake scarcity, or limited-time pressure.
