Return window: 30 days from the delivery date (not the order date). Return cost: Free — Forge & Pour pays return shipping.

The original purchaser. Unused or lightly used, with original packaging when possible.

How to start

Email support@forgeandpour.store or call +1 (617) 948-8962 for an RMA and a prepaid return label before you ship anything back. If the order has not shipped yet, use order cancellation instead of a return.

Return cost

Returns are free. We email a prepaid label. Restocking fee: 0%.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection at our Washington, DC address. Cancel before shipment: full refund within 3–5 business days after we confirm.
